Kata cut - shorter jacket sleeves and shorter trouser legs, often with elastic pants. In the case of modern kata clothes, the pants are loose, the jacket is a little slimmer.

Kumite cut - typically made of thinner material, the cut is designed so as not to hinder movement, often with elastic pants.

Slim fit - SLIM, Slim Fit - for slimmer bodies

For average body types, use the standard size – slight shrinkage is accounted for after the first two washes at 40°C.
Further washes should be at max 30–40°C.
