KAITEN’s new premium-class kata competition gi.
The KAITEN SAIZEN is available with or without WKF logos and decorations (with Kaiten branding only), and with full WKF homologation, including red or blue shoulder stripes and Kaiten-branded chest and neck embroidery in red or blue.

This gi was specifically designed for modern kata competitors, with a tailored jacket and wider pants, ensuring full freedom of movement.

Normal cut - for average body type

Kata cut - shorter jacket sleeves and shorter trouser legs, often with elastic pants. In the case of modern kata clothes, the pants are loose, the jacket is a little slimmer.

Kumite cut - typically made of thinner material, the cut is designed so as not to hinder movement, often with elastic pants.

Slim fit - SLIM, Slim Fit - for slimmer bodies

The unique cut was developed by a former WKF Kata World Champion.

Made from a new exclusive fabric (approx. 13 oz., 48% cotton / 52% polyester), developed specifically for KAITEN to achieve a spectacular SNAP effect.
Minimal shrinkage after washing and stays impressively white over time.

The SAIZEN pants feature a new high-waist design and a 5 cm hem at the pants’ bottom, jacket sleeves, and jacket bottom.

This brand-new, high-end karate gi is now available in our webshop – for competitors with WKF homologation (blue/red), or for instructors in a clean version without colored embroidery, featuring only the Kaiten label.
