Instructions for Use:
• Bring water to a boil in a pot.
• Prepare a second container with cold water.
• Do not use a microwave!
• Keep the water boiling for 30 seconds, then place the mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds.
• Do not continue boiling!
• Accurately measure the time!
• Place the mouthguard in cold water for 1 second.
