Instructions for Use:
• Bring water to a boil in a pot.
• Prepare a second container with cold water.
• Do not use a microwave!
• Keep the water boiling for 30 seconds, then place the mouthguard in the hot water for 30 seconds.
• Do not continue boiling the water while the mouthguard is inside.
• Accurately measure the time!
• Place the mouthguard in cold water for 1 second.
• Press the mouthguard tightly against your teeth with your fingers. Be careful not to thin it too much at the edges.
• Do not bite down on the mouthguard!
• Keep it on your teeth for 30 seconds, then put it back in cold water for 2 seconds.
• Place it back onto your teeth and gently press your teeth together.
• Let it cool completely in cold water.
Tips:
• If the fitting is not perfect the first time, the process can be repeated.
• If the mouthguard is too large, you may trim it.
• Clean with water and a toothbrush.
